Faktory ovlpyvňujúce kvalitu kuracieho mäsa
Krajčiová, Paula
This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic "Factors affecting the quality of the chicken meat". The introduction part is about history and present of broiler fattening in Slovak republic as well as consumption of chicken meat in Slovakia in recent years. Further describes technologi of broilej fattening in Slovakia and abroad. The next item is the chicken carcass value and its chemical composition. The last part deals with the impact of technology feeding, feed and process modifications to the sensory properties of broiler meat.
Hodnocení užitkových vlastností potomstva brojlerových slepic
MASÁROVÁ, Anna
The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the performance of commercial broiler chicken genotypes Ross 308, Cobb 500 and Hubbard F15. Parental test consisted of parent rearing up to the age of 22 weeks, the laying period up to the age of 62 weeks and from fattening progeny tests (lasting for 35 days or else 42 days). Hybrid Ross 308 chickens reached the highest live weight at the end of the rearing period. Hubbard F15 chickens had the lowest feed consumption per head and day and also the lowest mortality rate. Hybrid Hubbard F15 showed the highest number of hatched chickens per 1 laying hen (137.2 pcs), the lowest feed consumption per head and day (149.4 g) and the highest fertility of hatching eggs (9,2 %). Hybrid Ross 308 showed the highest weight of hatching eggs and live weight at the end of the laying period (cockerels 5 029 g, pullets 4 310 g). Cobb 500 cockerels (2 397 g) and Hubbard F 15 pullets (2 145 g) showed the highest live weight during the 35 day fattening period. The highest breast weight was at the hybrid Cobb 500 (516.9 g) and the thighs weight was the highest at Hubbard F15 (511.9 g). The highest carcass yield was observed at hybrid Cobb 500 (76.30%). During the extended fattening period of 42 days had the highest live weight cockerels Ross 308 (3 096 g), Cobb 500 and Hubbard F15 pullets (2 688 g and 2 682 g). The highest breast weight was observed at hybrid Ross 308 (697.0 g) and thighs weight at hybrid Hubbard F15 (707.6 g). The highest carcass yield was at hybrid Hubbard F15 (78.0%).

Analysi breeding condition in broiler chickens taking into account the microclimatic condition in controlled mode.
SVOBODA, Zdeněk
This thesis is focused on the assessment of production of broiler chickens te. hybrids ROSS and COBB 308 500, in connection with the microclimate conditions in the period from 2011 to 2014. The survey provides calculation of average lengths of broiler fattening, live weight of broiler chickens at the end of the batch, consumption of complete feed mixture for 1 kg of live weight gain, the effectiveness index of fattening, mortality to reproductive breeding age on. The juxtaposition of these zootechnical parameters will be obtained from the company Tagrea s.r.o. with operations in Čekanice near Tabor.
Effect of transport stress on the mortality of broilers
SEDLÁČKOVÁ, Renata
The aim of the thesis is to acquaint the reader with the reasons for mortality of broilers during their transport to the slaughterhouse. Materials for your own research (from 2012) were obtained from the State Veterinary Administration of a company Vodňanská drůbež s. r. o., the argest supplier of poultry meat in the Czech Republic. The second chapter deals with legislation relating to animals in general, but also legislation that governs the protection primarily for meat production. Welfare of broilers, therefore, their comfort, and handling is dealt with in the third chapter. It describes picking halls, catching chickens, chicken waste, transport of poultry for slaughter, chickens and unloading conditions to be met by the authorized person when handling poultry. The fourth chapter describes the factors affecting the welfare of broiler chickens during fattening. These factors include the type of litter, microclimate - thermoregulation poultry, lighting, and health status of broilers. Because the work deals with the mortality of broilers during transport, the fifth chapter is devoted to this issue. There are analyzed transport requirements, the effect of high and low temperature for transporting poultry. Furthermore, means of transport and the obligation of carriers during transport to the slaughterhouse, whether it's planning a trip or taking care of animals during transport. The sixth chapter deals with the custom dissertation: In 2012, it was the slaughterhouses (company Vodňanská drůbež s. r. o.) moved from 116 breeders 30,231,410 pieces of broilers at slaughter, of which 136,616 units during transport died at a mean of 0.455 %. Most deaths were at a distance of 251-305 km (0.834 %), at least at a distance of 50 km to 0.252 %. Age of chickens at slaughter, an average of 35.13 days and slaughter weight was on average 1.93 kg. Most deaths occurred during transport of broilers during the winter 0.919 %, the correlation coefficient r = 0.37, less than 0.316 % in summer (r = 0.02).
Noises on farms for breeding broilers and its spreading to surrounding neighbourhood
TŮMA, Marek
The aim of this thesis on the topic "Noises on farms for breeding broilers and its spreading to surrounding neighbourhood" was to find out how the noise load influences the surroundings of two farms for breeding broilers. Repeated measures and following analysis of the particular values of the noise load, was used to determine, whether the relevant legislation and other norms are respected. Calculations of equivalent level of acustic pressure were used to compare chosen cases and to final evaluation.
Noise level in the surroundings of the broiler farms.
TŮMA, Marek
In my bachelor thesis I deal with the issues of the noise level in the surroundings of the broiler farms. The main purpose of this thesis is the measure of the level noise in different phases of the rearing of broilers. The measured values were used to compute the equivalent sound level of acoustic pressure. The result of this computation was compared with the current lawful legislative of the Government of the Czech Republic. The outcome of this bachelor thesis is the ascertainment if the operation of this farm is not polluting its surroundings by the noise and if there are no overrun of the hygienic regulations.
